This site contains all technical support for Symbility’s product suite – Symbility Claims Connect, Symbility Mobile Claims and coming soon, Symbility Inside Adjuster. Frequently asked questions, release notes, software updates and technical support contact information are now accessible to registered users of the Symbility suite of products.
This new password protected site will give Symbility users a secure place to get support help and discuss ideas, issues and software tips for each product. A new online forum was chosen because of our users’ wish to independently find technical solutions without having to call or email for support.
Browse the site and you’ll see two new features designed for easier search and navigation: the search function and collapsible content. The search feature lets users type in keywords and find all release notes or FAQs that relate to it. The collapsible content feature, located in sections throughout the site, is designated by a small minus sign to the right of the topic. Click on this to expand or contract the information you need.
Ready to get started? You’ll need to register for this site as your Symbility product user ID and password won’t carry over. Simply click on the register button at the top of the page and follow the steps. Once you’re registered, bookmark this page and simply log in.
